  • Is it safe to order online ?
    Yes. We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit/ debit card details.   • When will I be charged ?
    When you reach the final billing page and submit your order we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account. If there is a query with the payment either your card issuer or Customer Services will contact you.
  • Custom Orders ?
    We make every attempt to provide colors as close as possible to the actual printed copy. However, there may be minor differences since color appear differently on monitors than when printed. In print papers and cushions where selected colors may have insufficient contrast we may suggest alternatives. All custom orders require approval of a proof. Once the proof is approved, the item is not refundable or exchangeable, and the item cannot be changed. Custom orders are created individually. Because of time required to create proofs, please allow additional processing time. We will make every effort to send you a proof within 4 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your poster (in the CANADA, allow up to 4 weeks outside of the CANADA). If you decide to cancel a custom order after the proof has been created, we will charge a $10 fee to cover the cost of producing the proof.
  • When will I receive my order ?
    Once placing your oder you should received an email confirming the reception of your order and within 4 business days of placing your order, you should receive an email from Carrier containing the tracking number for your package.   • Which countries does Kymaani Studio ship to ?
    We ship orders to all Countries , Canada provinces and US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries click here for shipping information Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited. If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO, APO/FPO address please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field to ensure there are no delays to your delivery.   • What if my parcel does not arrive ?
    Please contact us and we can investigate further, and if necessary action a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that this can take up to 21 days to process the claim with the carrie
  • What steps do I need to take to do an exchange ?
    What steps do I need to take to do an exchange ? It is strongly recommended that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed or refer to our returns & exchanges policy and procedure here .
  • How do I return or exchange an item ?
    If you want to return an item you ordered (wrong size, mistaken order or satisfaction issues) please refer to our returns & exchanges policy and procedure here .
  • What do I need to include with my return ?
    We only ask that you include a copy of your invoice inside the return package along with the item(s) you're returning (unworn, with original tags). Please refer to our returns & exchanges policy and procedure here .
  • How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return ?
    The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.
  • I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit/modify my order ?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can log in to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at as soon as possible so that we can try to reasonably accommodate your request before the parcel has been processed and shipped.
