Shipping Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
We ship Monday to Friday. Non-sample items are made to order. Please allow two to three days from order date before your package is released. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. All orders will ship two to three business days after they are received. Purchased items will be shipped to delivery address provided by the client, which can be different then billing address
Please Note: If you would like your package sent to an address other than the billing address, please notify us once you have placed your ordering in the place reserved for that. Please include your name and order number.
***Once the parcel has been shipped, the shipping company will send you an email including the tracking number. You are responsible for parcel tracking and pick-up at a postal outlet, if required. If the parcel is not claimed at a postal outlet and is returned to us, penalties and shipping charges will apply.
**** All customs charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
*****A personal identification number is required for all shipments outside of Canada. This number will remain confidential and will only be divulged as required by customs to ensure parcel shipment
Canada
1. Standard Shipping (10 $ CAN) Expected arrival of 4-10 business days from date the order is shipped.
2. Express Shipping ($15 CAN) - This method will have your order to your door in approximately 1-4 business days from day product is shipped.
Usa
Orders from the United States are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping options are as follows:
1. US Air ($12 CAD) - Shipped via Canada Post Air. Expected arrival of 5-15 business days from date the order is shipped.
2. Express Shipping ($20 CAD) - This method will have your order to your door in approximately 3-7 business days from day product is shipped.
International orders
Are shipped via Canada Post International Air with an expected arrival approximately 7-21 days from date of shipment. The cost of an International order is $35 CAN.
Custom orders usually take longer depending on the item and where you reside.
We ship Monday to Friday. All orders will ship one to two business days after they are received.
Please take note these shipping charges above are for the clothes. Shipping may varies depending products and weight.
If you want to return an item you ordered(wrong size, mistaken order or satisfaction
issues) please simply send back the item no more than 7 days after receipt. We will offer an appropriate exchange or credit. Please note that no refund will be issued.
All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn with all original tags in place. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Please note that no refund will be issued.

Please include your name, invoice number and the reason of the return. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Credit or exchange will be processed as soon as the merchandise has arrived to Kymaani Studio office . Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. The client is responsible for all costs related to returned merchandise transportation, except in case of a mistake from our part. In that case, a credit note will be issued which will cover the entire transportation costs for returned merchandise.
Items cannot be returned if worn (except for fitting), damaged or if labels have been removed. They must be returned in a suitable condition for resale.
Important: Our service department will respond within 72 hours (working days)of customer's request by sending instructions about our returns and exchange process. If you have not received a response within 72 hours of your request or if you have any other question regarding your return, please contact us at houseofkimaani@ymail.com
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Stock Availability:
All items on KymaaniStudio. com are in stock unless otherwise stated. If an item you order is out of stock, we will email you immediately with a notification and a time frame on a restocking date

We strive to maintain our products available at any time. Despite this continuous effort, the items you choose may be back ordered. In this case, our service department will follow up by sending you an email.

Store Policy
Customer Care
Once you enter in your Stripe or credit card information and press “submit” a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you. The email contains your order number, your order details and your shipping address. Please print and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on your receipt, please email us right away.
If your order is being sent to Quebec, you will be charged GST & PST
If you are order is being sent to British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia or New Brunswick you will be charged HST. If your order is being sent to any other Canadian province, you will be charged GST only. No sales tax will be added to American and International Orders. American and International customers are responsible for any customs / duties / taxes at delivery of the package.
